Say Hello to Summer

Hi girls! Hope you are all doing great I miss updating my blog.. It's been 2 weeks if I'm not mistaken. I received a summer collection from Caronia Ph. Included are 6 colors of nail polish ( 2 frosted and 4 regular finished ). Caronia is one of the first nail polish manufacturer here in the Philippines, one of my favorite local brand.. So let me start with
"Sun Kissed" A pumpkin orange shade, which has a medium orange hue, proper balance of red, and has a light touch of yellow. It's a must have this summer! 2 coats and it's done! I used XIUYA 01 image plate. This was my friend's birthday present to me.. Thanks Jamie! She is one of my nicest friend. I love her! btw you can visit her blog HERE! It's a really good to read blog

"Sweet Surprise" A perfect yellow shade, love it! I applied 3 coats for full coverage but 2 coats is enough. it is thick for a frosted nail polish... You can combine any color with this color. So I decided to do a WM. This is only the 4th time I attempted to do water marble technique, inspired by my friend mia. she did a marble-lous water marble design, check her instagram...surely you will like it ( @NAILSBYMIAWRRR)

"On The Go" A pine green color and has a hint of blue shade, average dark green...Very unique.. 2 coats, opaque! I love this color. I did double stamping design, image plate from bornpretty BP- L007 and I put some rhinestones.. Love the outcome!

 "First Crush"
Iris a purple shade to be exact. I love this color, 2 coats and that's it! I also love the stamp design I used for this. White and pink flower also from Jamie (XIUYA 12) Thank you
 "Rainbow Tan"
At first, I thought this one would not suit my skin complexion. I don't usually wear nude shades not because I don't like it, but I prefer bright and lively colors more. I applied 3 coats for this, it has tiny shimmering glitters. It is simply elegant.. I used bornpretty BP - L004 image plate for this design...
Last but not the least..
 "Summer Fling"
Is a deep pink creme color, I did two coats, they're very opaque, I definitely like this one . I love it! In my design, I used Fab Ur Nails FUN 14 image plate ( advanced stamping technique )

Hope you like them guys!

Pros: Opaque Didn't easily chip Affordable Easy to apply
Cons: Some of them leave stains in nails..

And here are some of my late post using caronia nail polish I did last December

CHASSE - regular navy blue polish, the formula was good, 2 coats and its done.. Application is nice.. so easy to use..

AVANT - it's kind of a seagreen or darkgreen in color, very glossy with micro glitz i love it.. Good coverage with just 2 coats of application..
BOURREE - really suits my complexion.. love the color, metallic orangered. this color needs 2 coats of application.. Love it!

I added some stamp using pueen "encore" image plate.. I used seche vite for top coat! Hope you like them!!

Caronia "Art of Dance" Collection

Hi guys! How was your holy week?
I'm very happy because I got to spend it with my family especially with my husband who is always busy with his work.
I received my caronia package a day before holy week and I wasn't able to write a blog post because of my busy schedule...
So here's what I received!! A Caronia "The Art of Dance" special collection.
Included colors - Pique, Chasse and Glissade

I made a ballet shoes stamp for my accent nail (ring finger). I used fun 2 ( fab ur nails) image plate.

Pique- a peach like color, very feminine and not so opaque, you have to apply 3 coats for full coverage but I really like its shade.

Chasse - my favorite in the collection. It's a perfect blue polish. It's opaque. only needs 2 coats for full coverage. Also Perfect for summer because of the bright blue color.
Glissade- a cool green! I love this color. Also 2 coats for full coverage.

P.S. To all Filipina artists please support Caronia Philippines!

Falling Leaves

Yesterday it was a tiring day for me because the weather here is humid.. And while I'm browsing the net, I saw some photos of autumn nail art, I decided to use them as my concept for my next mani .. Here is what I came up with.. I think it is very fashionable. I really like the umbrella design I used in my mani.
I want it to have a different twist, not just the conventional leaves design. Hope you like it. God bless
